Community Music Concert Facilitation

This offering is based on the Alma Ensemble’s Community Music Series, which unites students, amateurs, and professionals who wish to share music they love to the community. The aim is to provide new opportunities for musicians to perform and support one another in a safe, nurturing, and possibility-filled environment. During a residency, I will help facilitate one of these community performances in your area and will perform side by side with participants, encouraging musicians to also share a bit with the audience about the music they are performing or about themselves in keeping with Alma del Core’s tradition of breaking down the wall that so often divides the audience from performers.
